Lincoln Unified School District has proposed Measure V, a $79 million bond to repair and upgrade school facilities by replacing roofs, updating HVAC systems & expanding career technical education programs.
Property owners will face a small tax increase as voters decide the measure.
Superintendent Michelle Rodriguez detailed Stockton Unified’s progress on Thursday at Edison High School as the district invested $19 million in safety measures and expanded advanced and career-focused programs.
The address highlighted rising literacy, improved graduation rates, and enhanced support from parent groups and unions.
