- ➤ A man was arrested Sunday night in Stockton after he drove a stolen car that rammed a police vehicle—officials said. KCRA

- ➤ A 60-year-old Stockton street vendor named Ignacio Garcia was fatally shot last week near California and Third streets during a robbery when two masked men attacked his mobile cart — police have not yet arrested any suspects. KCRA
