  • A 31-year-old man was arrested in Stockton for the May 23 shooting death of 30-year-old Victor Daniel Govea Sebastian, who was found at the 2400 block of East Main Street around 11:30 p.m.—police said the suspect, identified as Efrain Hinojoza, was booked into San Joaquin County jail.  KCRA
