- ➤ After a vacant building was gutted by fire on Saturday, a second blaze broke out in an adjacent downtown property on Monday—firefighters responded with a five-alarm call while Mayor Fugazi said preliminary findings suggest the earlier fire was human caused and raised concerns over vacant buildings attracting trespassers.
