- ➤ The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office unveiled its new dive team and today during a training exercise recovered a truck that had been submerged since 2010 from the Delta+ the department says the team, which has logged over 80 training hours, will improve response times for weekly water emergencies. - ➤ In her first State of the City address since taking office in January, Mayor Christina Fugazi declared Stockton is energized and rising. She said the City Council is actively working on plans to address key challenges and boost city progress. Stocktonia
