- ➤ Former Stockton police sergeant Nicholas Bloed was sentenced on Monday to eight years in state prison after pleading guilty to charges of oral copulation by threat of arrest and assault by an officer, and he was taken into custody with a hearing on credits, restitution, and a protective order scheduled for July 28 (he must register as a sex offender for at least 20 years).
