- ➤ Two Stockton brothers — Hector Perez, 34, and Flavio Perez, 29 — were indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of conspiracy and wire fraud after an FBI probe found they used fake invoices to defraud four factoring companies of over $1.8 million from May 2018 to September 2020.
