- ➤ Stockton Police arrested 18-year-old Jaylin Rankins and a teenage boy on robbery charges after a robbery at Delta Sierra Middle School on May 30 at 10:30 a.m.—the suspects reportedly used a handgun to demand gold necklaces from a 13-year-old, a 31-year-old, and a 16-year-old who ran away.
