- ➤ Adam Lopez, 39, was arraigned Monday after he allegedly set a probation officer on fire in downtown Stockton with a gasoline can and lighter on Thursday — he faces charges of attempted murder, attempted arson of an inhabited structure, and resisting an executive officer by force that could earn him at least 50 years in prison and is held without bail with his next court date scheduled for July 25.
