- ➤ Yesterday morning, Stockton Unified School District held a back-to-school event at Weber Institute that gave free school supplies and backpacks to 500 students as families lined up around a city block—Superintendent Dr. Michelle Rodriguez greeted everyone and offered popsicles and paletas to add fun to the day.
