- ➤ Aero Turbine Inc., a Stockton defense contractor, and Gallant Capital Partners LLC will pay $1.75 million to resolve alleged cybersecurity violations tied to a U.S. Air Force contract. Federal investigators reported that from 2018 to 2020 Aero Turbine did not enforce required controls and shared sensitive defense data with an unauthorized firm in Egypt—settling claims under the False Claims Act.
