- ➤ A Lodi man identified as the 26-year-old founder of the Stockton-based Punjabi Devils Motorcycle Club was indicted on federal weapons charges after he allegedly attempted to sell multiple firearms to an undercover officer — his arrest at San Francisco International Airport followed his failure to appear in court.
