- ➤ A nurse at the state health care facility in Stockton is accused of sexual abuse by three inmates who say he touched them in ways that went past a normal exam— his legal team denies any abuse as the cases move through court. KCRA
- ➤ Stockton police said a 22-year-old man died after possibly falling down an elevator shaft during a reported burglary when officers arrived at a building at North Aurora and East Oak streets around 1 a.m. Tuesday—he was found with severe injuries and died at the scene. KCRA
- ➤ A Stockton man was sentenced to 16 years in prison on Monday for his role in a large-scale meth ring that sent 50 pounds to Nebraska and 21 pounds to Pennsylvania, federal prosecutors said. Stocktonia
