- ➤ Firefighters from Tracy, Lathrop, Manteca, Stockton and the Defense Logistics Agency battled a four alarm vegetation fire in the 31000 block of South Tracy Boulevard on Thursday night as barns, stables and livestock enclosures caught fire with livestock blocking roadways—high winds fanned the flames.
