ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ On Monday morning, a garage fire at a Cameron Park home caused smoke damage but was quickly put out by neighbor Jamesley Giblin—an off-duty firefighter with Cal Fire AEU’s Ponderosa Fire Crew—who stopped on his way to work, and the family escaped safely. Cleanup continues as the cause of the fire remains unclear. KCRA
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ On Sept. 29, election officials at the County Administration Building in downtown Stockton tested nearly 2,000 ballots using voting machines that produced a perfect count — confirming the secure system met California law requirements ahead of November's Proposition50 vote.
