- ➤ A city email showed that former interim city manager Steve Colangelo may have breached closed session confidentiality by sharing details of his contract negotiations from a Stockton City Council meeting—city officials forwarded the email to the district attorney's office after voting to replace him with Will Crew as acting city manager.
