- ➤ More than a hundred people attended the Veterans Day celebration at the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium, a centennial building originally built in 1924 and 1925 to honor veterans and the 115 local service members who died in World War I. Local leaders and veterans recalled past memories and announced that the city is discussing renovations (roof repairs, interior and exterior updates, and parking expansion) to preserve this historic venue. - ➤ The Stockton Kings opened their season under new head coach Will Scott at Adventist Health Arena and split a weekend series against the Clippers, losing 102-97 on Saturday and winning 117-108 on Sunday + unveiling their championship banner.
