- ➤ California lawmakers are considering Senate Bill 540 to link the state’s power grid with other Western markets—this could involve both clean and fossil fuel sources to help reduce high electricity costs and maintain grid stability. - ➤ San Joaquin County supervisors created an ad hoc committee to review the county's flag policy after controversy over a previous Pride flag request.
